Even today when the matter is called out none appears for the Applicant. Hence, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services, Mumbai, is directed to appoint an Advocate on the Panel of High Court Legal Services to espouse her cause in the aforesaid matter and serve a copy of the aforesaid Application on the learned appointed Advocate.
