Mr. Khan, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that due to inadvertence, a spare copy was not supplied in the registry of this Court to effect service on the Respondent.

The returnable date is extended up to 08.10.2025. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant is directed to supply a spare in the registry of this Court within one week from today. If the spare copy is not supplied in the registry of this Court within the stipulated period, the Application shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court.
