Mr. Shelke, learned counsel appearing for the applicant-wife submits that the private notice issued the respondent has returned with remark "unclaimed". He submits that an affidavit of service to that effect has already been filed in the Registry. 2.

The office remark shows that the notice issued by the Registry has returned back unserved with bailiff remark "door found locked". 3.

None appears for the respondent, when the matter is called out for hearing.

This Misc. Civil Application has been filed by the applicant-wife

Diksha Rane 4. MCA 182-25.doc seeking transfer of Divorce Petition filed by the respondent-husband in Family Court at Bandra to Civil Court, Senior Division, Kalyan. It is being submitted before me that out of the said wedlock of the applicant with the respondent, a girl child is born who is staying with the applicant. The applicant is staying at Dombivali with her daughter, and she is also working in the same vicinity. Therefore, it is inconvenient for her to attend the proceedings at Bandra, Mumbai. 5.

Stand over to 25 September 2025, in order to allow the respondent to appear through an Advocate and argue the present proceedings.

In the meanwhile, there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c).
