None appears for the Respondent when the matter is called out. 2.

Office remarks show that notice issued to the Respondent returned unserved with bailiff remarks "door found locked. Respondent gone out and no fixed time to be returned."

Mr. Bansode, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that he has already filed an Affidavit of service to prove that notice issued to the Respondent by RPAD has returned back with remark "unclaimed". So also notice was also sent to the Respondent through an Email. 4.

In order to give one more opportunity to the Respondent to appear and make submissions in the proceedings, stand over to 14.11.2025.
