After this matte was argued for some time, Mr. Raut, learned counsel for the husband, on instructions fairly submits that this Misc. Civil Application can be allowed.

Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The proceedings of Marriage Petition No.A-2541/2023 be transferred to the Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan, within a period

Diksha Rane 10 MCA 1822025.doc of four weeks from today and to be heard along with Marriage Petition No.286 of 2024.

Hearing of both the Petitions is expedited.

6.

Both the parties agree that they will co-operate with learned Judge for early hearing of the Petitions and will not seek unnecessary adjournments.

Both the parties are permitted to attend the proceedings through video conferencing. However, when learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan, is of the opinion that the parties should appear in person before him, the parties undertake to appear in person before the Court.

8.

Mr. Shelke, learned counsel for the wife undertakes to serve Mr. Raut, learned counsel for the husband a copy of Marriage Petition No.286 of 2024 during the course of the day.
