This transfer application filed by the husband seeking transfer of divorce proceeding from the Family Court at Jalna to Family Court at Pune. It is the case of the husband that both husband and respondent-wife are residing at Pune. From the wedlock, there is one son born on 29 May 2019, who is staying in Pune. There are settlement terms entered into between the parties and except divorce proceedings, other proceedings have been withdrawn by both the parties.

Issue notice to the Respondent, returnable on 26 September 2025. Apart from the Court notice, advocate for the applicant is
