DATE : 8 OCTOBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) The present proceeding has been filed by the applicant, husband of the respondent seeking transfer of the proceedings filed by the husband in Family Court, Jalna to the Family Court at Pune. 2) It is submitted in the transfer proceedings that both the parties are now residing in Pune and the son of the applicant and respondent is studying in a school in Pune.

3) Ms.Bhagyashree Birajdar, learned advocate appears online on behalf of the respondent and submits that she has already filed Vakalatnama. She submits that she has specific instructions that her client has no objection if the divorce proceedings are transferred from

4) In view of no objection given by the respondent-wife, the present Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The said prayer clause (a) reads as under :- (a) Petition A. No. 13/2023 pending before the Learned Family Court, Jalna kindly be transferred to Ld. Family Court, Pune. 5) The Family Court, Jalna is directed to transfer the proceedings Petition No. A-13 of 2023 to the Family Court at Pune within a period of four weeks from today.
