DATE : 18 SEPTEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) Mr. Shah, learned advocate appearing for the applicant submits that both, the applicant and the respondent are deaf and dumb. He submits that the applicant has no source of income. He submits that another advocate had appeared on behalf of the respondent and an attempt has been made to settle this matter amicably. However, the demand of the respondent is unreasonable. Therefore, the matter could not be settled.

2) The applicant is permitted to once again serve the respondent and the advocate who appeared on behalf of the respondent.

3) Stand over to 30 September, 2025.
