It is the case of the Applicant that she is residing with her parents in the western part of the city at Malad, Mumbai. 4.

The Respondent / Husband is staying at Nerul, Navi Mumbai, and is working in an office situated at western suburbs at Goregaon, Mumbai. There is a four years old daughter born out of the wedlock of the Applicant and the Respondent, who is residing with the Applicant. Very recently the Applicant has lost her father Sharada

12-MCA-190-2025.doc and there is an aged mother of the Applicant who resides with her. 5.

Considering the situation of the Applicant according to me, a case is made out to grant ad-interim relief in the present proceedings.

In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b).
