Ms. Kore, learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that inadvertently, a memo of the Application was not supplied in the registry of this Court in order to effect service on the Respondent. Learned Counsel for the Applicant is directed to pay costs of Rs. 2,500/- with the Kirtikar Law Library.

The returnable date is extended to 17.10.2025. 3.

The Applicant is permitted to furnish a memo of the Application in the registry of this Court within a period of one week from today subject to payment of costs of Rs. 2,500/- with the Kirtikar Law Library. 4.

Apart from Court notice, the Applicant is permitted to serve Respondent, by all permissible modes of service and file Affidavit of service before the next date of hearing.
