Office remarks show that as spare copy was not supplied by the Advocate for the Applicant within stipulated time, notice could not be issued to the Respondent.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant to supply a spare copy in the registry of this Court within one week from today. If the spare copy is not supplied in the Registry, within the stipulated time, the Application shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court.

Apart from Court notice, the Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent, by all permissible modes of service and file Affidavit of service before the returnable date.
