DATE : 13 OCTOBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) Both the learned counsel fairly submit that, the matrimonial dispute between the parties can be referred to the Mediation Centre at Pune District Court. The dispute between the parties is being referred to the Mediation Centre of Pune District Court. They are hereby directed to appoint a trained mediator. 2) Since the respondent-husband is staying at Nashik, he is permitted to attend the mediation proceedings by Video Conferencing and whenever necessary, he would attend in person before the mediator at Pune District Court.
3) Stand over to 1 December, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption 'For Settlement'.
