A praecipe has been moved for Speaking to the Minutes of the Order dated 09.12.2025.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that in the third line of para 2 of the aforesaid order, it has been inadvertently typed as :- Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) per month has been now has gone up to Rs. 7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lacs Only)".

instead of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) per month has been now has gone up to Rs. 17,00,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Lacs Only)". 4.

As also in the second line of para 4, it has been inadvertently typed as :- "The Respondent - husband who is staying and working in Dubai is in arrears of Rs. 7,00,000/- (Rupees Seven Lacs Only)". Instead of "The Respondent - husband who is staying and working in Kuwait is in arrears of Rs. 17,00,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Lacs Only)". 5.

Accordingly, the sentences mentioned in the Order dated 09.12.2025 be corrected as Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) per month has been now has gone up to Rs. 17,00,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Lacs Only)".

Accordingly, the Order dated 09.12.2025, shall stand corrected as above. Rest of the order to remain as it is. 7.
