3) Ms. Gharat, learned advocate appearing for the applicantwife submits that the applicant is working as a Talathi at Palghar. She further submits that the respondent is a Sales Tax Inspector, working at Palghar.

4) By the present transfer proceeding, the divorce proceeding filed by the husband before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan is sought to be transferred to the Palghar. She submits that it will be convenient for both the parties to attend the

5) There will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) until further orders.

6) Learned counsel for the applicant is hereby directed to convey the order passed today to the concerned Court who is hearing the matrimonial proceedings and file affidavit to that effect within a period of two weeks from today.

7) Similarly, Registrar (Judicial-I) is hereby directed to communicate the order passed today to the Registrar of the concerned Court by E-mail.
