After the matter was argued for some time, learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions from his client who is present in Court has no objection, if the divorce proceeding filed by the Respondent is transferred from the C.J.S.D., Ratnagiri to the C.J.S.D., Vasai. 2.

The Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

The proceeding, being Marriage Petition No. 213 of 2024 pending before the C.J.S.D., Ratnagiri be transferred to the C.J.S.D., Vasai within a period of four weeks from today. The learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vasai will hear the parties on merits. Anand

The Respondent is permitted to attend the proceeding before the C.J.S.D., Vasai through VC mode. When learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Vasai is of the view that the Respondent is required to attend the Court proceeding physically, the Respondent will have to attend the Court proceeding physically before the said Judge. 5.

The hearing of the Marriage Petition No. 213 of 2024 is hereby expedited.

Both the learned Counsel assure that they will co-operate with the early hearing of the Marriage Petition No. 213 of 2024 and will not take unnecessary adjournments.
