Mr. Pawar, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, submits that the respondent-wife is deliberately avoiding service, despite all attempts being made to serve her. The service report states that she has "left the premises".

The applicant is permitted to serve the respondent through advocate appearing in the proceedings being Hindu Marriage Petition No. 42 of 2025 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan.
