This transfer Application has been filed by the Applicant, who is the wife of the Respondent seeking transfer of divorce proceeding filed by the Respondent - husband before the learned CJSD, Kalyan to the learned Principle Judge, Family Court, Nasik. 2.

After this matter was argued for some time, both the learned Counsel submit that the Application can be disposed of with certain directions.

O R D E R (i) The Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A).

(ii) On transfer of the Marriage Petition No. 42 of 2025 pending Anand

21. MCA 232-2025.doc before the learned CJSD, Kalyan would be heard by the learned Principle Judge, Family Court, Nasik along with the Petition A No. 237 of 2025.

(iii) So also the proceeding of the domestic violence, being PWDVA No. 60 of 2024 pending before the learned JMFC, Nasik be transferred to the learned Principle Judge, Family Court, Nasik. (iv) All the three proceedings be taken and heard by the learned Principle Judge, Family Court, Nasik (v) The hearing of the three proceedings is hereby expedited. (vi) Both the parties would co-operate with the early hearing of the said three proceedings and will not seek unnecessary adjournments. (vii) The Respondent - husband is directed to attend the Court proceedings before the learned Principle Judge, Family Court, Nasik through VC mode, if he desires to do so.

(viii) If the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Nasik is of the view that the Respondent should attend the Court proceeding physically then he will have to attend the Court proceeding physically. (RAJESH S. PATIL, J.) Anand
