None present for the Respondent when the matter is called out. 2.
This is a transfer Application filed by the Applicant, who is the wife of the Respondent - husband, seeking transfer of the proceeding filed by the Respondent - husband before CJSD, Karad to the CJSD, Junnar, Pune. It is submitted in the transfer Application that not only the Applicant but also the Respondent is staying at Junnar, Pune. The Respondent is a well known Surgeon in the locality of Junnar, Pune and runs a hospital at Junnar, Pune. The Applicant is the wife of the Respondent who used to help the Respondent in day to day administration of the said hospital, being Phadtare Hospital at Junnar, Pune. Out of the wedlock, they have three children, who are aged 45, 43 & 32 years respectively. With an ulterior motive, the Respondent has Anand
1. MCA 234-2025.doc filed the proceeding before the CJSD, Karad. The distance between the Court at Karad and Junnar is about 280 Kms. The Applicant herself is a senior citizen, aged 71 years and her husband is 72 years. Though the proceeding is filed for transfer, however, the Applicant is ready and willing to go for mediation, if the Respondent is also agreeable so as to put an end to the litigation which has been started by the Respondent - husband.

Affidavit of service filed by learned Counsel for the Applicant shows that service has been completed, however, Court notice shows that service report is awaited.

In order to give one more opportunity to the Respondent to appear and make submissions in the present proceeding, stand over to 17.10.2025.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant is directed to give one more notice to the Respondent informing him about the next date of hearing. 6.
In the meanwhile, till the next date of hearing, there shall be adinterim relief in terms of prayer clause (b). (RAJESH S. PATIL, J.) Anand
