By Order dated 03.10.2025, the Prothonotary & Senior Master, High Court, Bombay was directed to verify valuation of the suit and to check whether suit bearing No. 435 of 2015 (City Civil Suit No. 1946 of 2024) has been wrongly sent to the Bombay City Civil Court when pecuniary jurisdiction of the City Civil Court as per the Notification dated 20.11.2023 has been raised to 10 crores. 2.

The said report of the Prothonotary & Senior Master has not been received by this Court till date.

The Prothonotary & Senior Master, High Court, Bombay is hereby directed to expedite its enquiry and send report on the next date of hearing.
