Report of the Section Officer, Suit Board Department, High Court of Bombay, dated 11 November 2025, has been submitted before this Court. The said report states that after verifying the valuation of Suit No.435/2015, it was found that the same was valued above Rs.10 crore, therefore, the Registry of this Court vide its order dated 13 October 2025 addressed to the Bombay City Civil Court requested to resend the record and proceedings of Suit No.435/2015 back to the Registry of this Court. Accordingly, the Bombay City Civil Court has resent the record and proceedings to this Court and now, the Registry has restored the matter in C.I.S. System.

Ms. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that as per recorded in the roznama dated 15 October 2025 of the Bombay City Civil Court, the suit has been resent to this Court. 3.
In view of the report of the Department and the statement made by Ms. Sharma, the Misc. Civil Application stands worked out and hence, the same is disposed of accordingly. 4.
