Learned counsel for the respondent, husband, on instructions submits that the respondent, husband has no objection if the divorce proceedings are transferred from the Civil Judge Senior Division, Thane to the Family Court at Bandra.

In view of the same, Misc. Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

The proceedings of Matrimonial Petition No. A/194/2024 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Thane be transferred to the Family Court at Bandra (Court No.4) within a period of four weeks from today.

The said proceedings be clubbed along with Petition No.C30/2022. The hearing of both Petitions is hereby expedited. 5.
