Learned counsel for the applicant also submits that the applicant is working as a senior clerk in the office of the Collector, Mumbai, and he is residing at Kalyan. He submits that the applicant is ready to reconcile his relationship with respondent No.1. 4.

If the amount is not deposited before the next date of hearing, the present application shall stand rejected without reference to this Court.

It is made clear that no application would be considered for extending the time to deposit the amount.
