Mr. Mondal, learned counsel for the applicant submits that as far as outstanding maintenance amount is concerned, the applicant has already deposited Rs.2,97,000/- with the Judicial Magistrate First Class, 1st Court, Nashik, by way of cheque. He submits that the balance amount of Rs.15,000/- have already been paid. 2.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 4 November 2025.
