The daughter is born out of the said wedlock who is 12 years of age and is studying in Pune. The Respondent wife has filed divorce proceedings in Nagpur Court where her parents are staying. The Applicant husband has filed the present Miscellaneous Civil Application for transfer of the proceedings from Nagpur to Pune. 2) As both learned advocates submit that the proceedings between the parties can be settled, stand over to 18 September, 2025.
