The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that there is a threat to life of the wife and her child for attending the proceedings before the Civil Judge Senior Division (CJSD), Satara.

He therefore, seeks the stay to the proceedings before the Civil Judge Senior Division (CJSD), Satara. He submits that an application is also pending before Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC), Koregoan, Satara.

Since the matter is listed for the first time and no one is appearing for the Respondent, issue notice to Respondent, returnable on 23rd July, 2025.

The Court of CJSD, Satara as well as JMFC, Koregaon , Satara may consider the application by the Wife and her Advocate's to seek permission for appearance via Video Conferencing, through mobile or any digital equipment, in the event they are unable to remain personally present on its own merits.

The Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent by digital mode and private service. Hamdast is permitted. The Applicant's Advocate is permitted to file affidavit of service within one week from the date of service on the Respondent. 6.
