Mr. Shringare holding for the Advocate on record for the Respondent seeks a short accommodation.

Gargi Warunjikar, appearing for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is staying at Shirur, Pune along with her daughter who is two and half years old. The Husband / Respondent No.1 has filed Restitution of Conjugal Rights proceedings before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Solapur.

2.2 It is not possible for the Applicant to travel from Shirur to Solapur since she has to also take care of her minor daughter. It is further submitted that both the lawyers tried to amicably settle the Sharada

On the request being made on behalf of the Respondent, stand over to 26th September 2025. In the meanwhile, there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (b) till the next date of the hearing.
