This is a transfer Application filed by the Applicant who is the wife of the Respondent seeking transfer of a divorce Petition filed by the husband before the learned CJSD, Alibaug to the learned CJSD, Latur.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions of his client who is present in Court fairly submits to this Court that the present Miscellaneous Civil Application can be allowed and the hearing of the proceeding may be expedited.

In view of the statement made by learned Counsel for the Respondent, the Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and disposed of.

4. MCA 261-2025.doc 3.1 The proceeding, being C. C. No. Civil Petition/162/2024 pending before the learned CJSD, Alibaug be transferred to the learned CJSD, Latur within a period of four weeks from today and the hearing of the same be expedited.

3.2 Both the parties through their Counsel hereby undertake to this Court that they will co-operate with the earlier hearing of the aforesaid Petition and will not seek unnecessary adjournments before the learned CJSD, Latur.
