2) Office remark shows that the sole Respondent has been duly served.

3) It is the case of the Applicant that she is staying at Latur and the husband has filed proceedings before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Alibaug. Out of her marriage with the Respondent, three children are born and they are residing with her. In order to attend the Court hearing from Latur to Alibaug, she has first come to Mumbai and from Mumbai, she has to travel to Alibaug. It is very difficult for her to travel on each date of the hearing. Her elder son is of 13 years, daughter is of 8 years and younger son is of 7 years of age. All of

Therefore, she is seeking transfer of the proceedings from Alibaug to Latur. 4) Considering the fact that though served the Respondent, has not bothered to file appearance of an Advocate on his behalf to conduct the present proceedings.

5) Therefore, till the next date of the hearing, there will be stay to the proceedings of C.C.No. Civil Petition/162/2024 pending before the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division at Alibaug. 6) All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.

7) Stand over to 26 September, 2025.
