Ms. Naik, learned counsel for the applicant submits that this matter has been referred to her by the Legal Aid Committee of the High Court. In the cause title, it has been mentioned specifically that 'IN THE MATTER OF ARTICLE ____, OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA, 1950'. She is seeking liberty to amend the application. 2.

On 9 September 2025 and 26 September 2025, when this matter was called out, none appeared on behalf of the applicant. Thereafter, on 7 October 2025, junior advocate appeared on instructions of Ms. Anu Naik and sought an adjournment. When this Court has posed a question to learned counsel Ms. Naik why she had not appeared on 9 September 2025 and 26 September 2025, she

Taking into consideration the best interest of the applicantwife, I am granting opportunity to the learned counsel appearing for the applicant to amend the application.

Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

A copy of this order should be sent to the Secretary of the High Court Legal Aid Service Committee, in order to take suitable steps, in the best interest of litigants who approach the "Legal Aid Cell", for help and report the same to this Court.
