DATE : 18 DECEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) By an order dated 12 September, 2025, the present Miscellaneous Civil Application stood allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

2) However, at the request of the parties, the dispute between the parties was referred to the mediation. 3) The learned mediator has sent a report. Hence, the Registry has placed this matter today on board. The said report of the mediator dated 4 October, 2025 mentions that the 'mediation has failed'. The said report is kept in file.
