DATE : 3 NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) Office remark shows that the applicant has not tendered photocopy of the present Miscellaneous Civil Application to the Registry in order to effect service on the respondent. 2) Ms. Bait, learned advocate appearing for the applicant submits that inadvertently her office has not supplied photocopy of the present Miscellaneous Civil Application to the Registry. However, by private service, the respondent has been duly served and affidavit of service to that effect has already been filed. 2.1) She further submits that the respondent has withdrawn Section 9 petition filed by him and has filed a divorce petition.

2.3) Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

3) The returnable date is further extended to 24 November, 2025.

4) If the applicant does not provide a duly amended photocopy of the present proceedings within a period of one week from today, the present Miscellaneous Civil Application shall stand rejected.
