Mr. Kupade, learned Counsel submits that he has instructions to appear on behalf of the Respondent. He submits that in the D. V. proceedings filed by the Applicant - wife at CJJD & JMFC, Kagal, District - Kolhapur, settlement talks are in the process. He submits that there are no children born out of the wedlock of the Applicant with the Respondent. The Applicant has demanded Rs. 8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lacs Only) in order to resolve the dispute between the parties as full and final settlement without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties. He submits that he will be taking instructions from his client whether any better offer than Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs Only) can be given to the Applicant.
