He voluntarily undertakes to pay a cost of Rs.2,500/- to the Kirtikar Law Library, High Court, Bombay within a period of one week from today. 2) Subject to payment of cost and upon submitting receipt(s) for the said cost in the Registry of this Court, Issue fresh notice to the Respondent, returnable on 3 October, 2025.
