DATE : 10 NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) This transfer proceeding has been filed by the applicant, who is the wife of the respondent, thereby seeking transfer of the divorce proceeding filed by the respondent-husband before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan to the Family Court at Nashik. 2) After the matter was argued for some time, Ms. Nagargoje, learned advocate for the respondent from instructions from her client - the respondent, submits that the respondent has no objection if the present Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed and the Video Conferencing facility is made available to the respondent. 3) Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of

3.1) The proceeding of Marriage Petition No. 622 of 2024 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Kalyan be transferred to the Family Court at Nashik Road, Nashik within a period of four weeks from today.
4) The respondent-husband is permitted to appear before the Family court, Nashik Road, Nashik through Video Conferencing and whenever the learned Family Court Judge at Nashik is of the view that the respondent-husband should appear in person, the respondent will have to appear in person before the Family Court at Nashik.
