Learned Counsel for the Applicant was directed to issue one more notice to the Respondent vide Order dated 17.09.2025. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant is directed to file a fresh Affidavit of service to prove that notice issued after 17.09.2025 has been duly received by the Respondent.

In the present proceeding, it is the case of the Applicant that she is residing in Lonikand, Pune along with her parents and her husband is residing at Khed. The distance between two places is 190 Km. Her father is a heart patient and her mother is homemaker. Her brother is Anand

There is no male member in the family who is ready to accompany her to attend the proceedings filed by her husband at Khed, Pune. She herself is suffering from various ailments and has to consult doctor in every two months. She is pursuing Master's degree in Commerce, hence, it is difficult for her to travel to Khed, Pune. Therefore, she is seeking transfer of her proceeding filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed for restitution of conjugal rights.
