The learned counsel for both the parties jointly submit that by an order dated 15.09.2025, passed in Miscellaneous Civil Application No.276 of 2025, the matter has been referred to Hon'ble Dr. (Mrs.) Shalini Phansalkar-Joshi, former Judge of this Court. Therefore, even this matter be referred for mediation before the same mediator. 2.

In view thereof, the present application is also referred for mediation to Hon'ble Dr. (Mrs.) Shalini Phansalkar-Joshi, former Judge of this Court.

In the meantime, till mediator's report is filed, both parties shall not take any coercive steps in the matter.
