P.C.:- 1.
Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant.
2.
It appears that four separate proceedings have been initiated by the Respondent-husband. The Applicant-wife is presently suffering from progressive cancer and is, therefore, in urgent need of financial support. It is submitted that the Respondent has failed to pay maintenance arrears amounting to 3,50,000/-, due to which the Applicant is ₹ unable to allocate funds for defending multiple litigations before various courts. Consequently, she seeks a stay on the Digitally signed by SUMEDH NAMDEO SONAWANE Date:

11-ASMCA-288-2025.DOC proceedings pending before the Court at Dhule. It is further submitted that obtaining permission for availing the facility of video conferencing is a cumbersome and time-consuming process, requiring physical presence or deputation of someone on her behalf. Given her current medical condition, the Applicant is unable to personally undertake such steps. 3.
In these circumstances, I deem it fit to stay the proceedings before the Civil Judge, Senior Division and Addl. CJM Dhule bearing Spl. C.S. No.68 of 2025.
4.
Learned Advocate for the Respondent seeks time to file reply to the Application.
5.
Let the reply be filed and served by 7th August 2025. 6.
In the meantime, parties are referred to the High Court Mediation Centre for exploring settling disputes. 7.
High Court Mediation Center to appoint a mediator to attempt resolving the disputes between the parties. The Applicant, on application, may at the discretion of the Mediator, be permitted to appear via video conferencing. 8.
List the matter on 8th August 2025.
