This Miscellaneous Civil Application has been filed by the Applicant, who is suffering from progressive cancer and is the wife of the Respondent. By the present transfer Application, she is seeking transfer of two proceedings filed by the husband, to the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai.

Mr. Jeetesh Varshney, learned Counsel for the Respondent, on instructions, submits that he has no objection, if the present Application is allowed.

In view of the statement made by learned Counsel for the Respondent, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in terms of Anand

The proceeding, being Spl.C.S.No. 68 of 2025 pending before the learned 3rd CJSD & Additional CJM, Dhule be transferred to the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai.

Similarly, the proceeding, being Misc. Case No. 203 of 2025 pending before the learned First Class Magistrate Court of Esplanade 64th Court to the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. 6.

Both the proceedings be clubbed together and be heard by one and the same Judge.
