This Miscellaneous Civil Application seeks transfer of the Suit No. 4022 of 2024 which is now pending before the Bombay City Civil Court, Bombay back to the Bombay High Court.

It is the case of the Applicant that the Suit No. 6 of 2019 was filed in the Bombay High Court and the same was valued at Rs. 15,00,00,000/-(Fifteen Crores Only). However, registry of this Court has inadvertently transferred the Suit No. 6 of 2019 to the Bombay City Civil Court, Bombay on the ground that pecuniary jurisdiction of the Bombay City Civil Court, Bombay has been enhanced. The said Suit after being transferred to the Bombay City Civil Court, Bombay has been re-numbered as the Suit No. 4022 of Anand

2. MCA 293-2025.doc 2024 by the registry of the Bombay City Civil Court, Bombay. 3.

The Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court to check and verify the Suit No. 6 of 2019 (Bombay City Civil Court Suit No. 4022 of 2024) has been wrongly transferred from the Bombay High Court to the Bombay City Civil Court, Bombay and report to that effect be furnished to this Court.

Stand over to 10.12.2025.

A copy of this Order be immediately sent to the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court.

Liberty is granted even to the Applicant to furnish a copy of this Order to the Prothonotary & Senior Master of this Court. 7.
