DATE : 26 NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) This Miscellaneous Civil Application is filed by the applicants to transfer two proceedings viz., (i) the Marriage Petition No. 1734 of 2023 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Udgir, District Latur and (ii) PWDVA Application No. 6 of 2024 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Udgir, District Latur, filed by the respondent-wife to the Family Court, Pune. 2) By consent of both the sides, the present Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A), (B), (C) and (G).

KVM 2/2 5 - MCA 294 OF 2025.doc 3) The proceedings of Marriage Petition No. 1734 of 2023 pending before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Udgir, District Latur be transferred to the Family Court, Pune and the proceedings of PWDVA Application No. 6 of 2024 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Udgir, District Latur to the Family Court at Pune within four weeks.

4) The above transferred two proceedings be clubbed and heard together by one and the same Judge.

5) The respondent is permitted to attend the proceedings before the Family Court, Pune through video conferencing. However, whenever necessary, as per the directions of the learned Judge taking up the matter, the respondent will have to attend the proceedings in person.

6) Whenever the respondent attends the court proceedings physically, the applicant no.1-husband to pay a sum of Rs.7,000/- on each hearing to the respondent-wife, immediately within a period of 48 hours from the date of hearing.

7) The present Miscellaneous Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
