Geeta Haresh Thadani and 2(b) - Sudarshan Haresh Thadani and file an Affidavit of service before the next date of hearing. Amended copy of the MCA be also served on the learned Counsel appearing earlier for deceased Respondent No. 2. 7.

On the request of the parties, the matters to come up on board on 12.01.2026.
