The Petitioner is seeking transfer of the proceedings which are given in the prayer clause (a) of the Petition, from Civil Court Senior Division at Madha, Solapur to Civil Court Senior Division, at Indapur, Pune.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 raises an objection that, the Writ Petition will not be maintainable, in fact the Petitioner will have to file Miscellaneous Civil Application. The Petitioner seeks leave to convert the Writ Petition into Miscellaneous Civil Application. Leave is granted to convert the Writ Petition into Miscellaneous Civil Application.
