After arguing the matter for some time, both the learned Counsel submit that the aforesaid Application can be allowed and parties can be referred to the Mediator.

The Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with the following directions. O R D E R (i) The Mediation Centre, District Court, Pune to appoint a Mediator for resolving the dispute between the parties; (ii) Both the parties are directed to approach the Mediation Centre, District Court, Pune.

In the meanwhile, both the parties agree that in the proceeding filed by them, being the Marriage Petition No. 143 of 2025 and a divorce proceeding filed by the Applicant - wife, no further steps will be taken by them till the mediation process is over. Statements of parties are accepted.

Learned Judge, C.J.S.D., Ichalkaranji, District - Kolhapur is hereby directed to transfer the proceeding, being the Marriage Petition No. 143 of 2025 to the Court of the C.J.S.D., Nashik within a period of four weeks from today.
