This transfer application is filed by the applicant who is the wife of the respondent. The respondent, husband has filed proceedings for annulment of marriage before the Civil Judge Senior Division at Tuljapur. It is averred in the transfer application that both the parties are residing and working at Pune. It is further averred by the applicant, wife that also for the purpose of safety she does not wish to travel to Tuljapur, and physically and mentally there will be hardship to her to attend proceedings at Tuljapur, which is around 293 kms aways from Pune. It is also further averred that even the respondent is working in Pune in ThyssenKrupp, Pune.

Learned counsel for the applicant has already filed affidavit of service which proves that the copy of present Misc. Civil Application has been served on the respondent, husband.

Since none appears for the respondent, when the matter is called our for hearing, to grant one more opportunity to the respondent to appear in the present proceedings and make submissions, stand over to 1 December 2025.

As learned counsel Mr. Deshpande submitted that the Petition for nullity of marriage is coming up on 24 November 2025 before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Tuljapur, the applicant is permitted to serve the copy of the present proceedings on learned counsel appearing for the respondent before the Civil Judge Senior Division, Tuljapur.

In the meantime, there will be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c), till further orders.

Learned counsel for the applicant is hereby directed to convey the order passed today to the concerned Court who is hearing the matrimonial proceedings and file affidavit to that effect within a period of two weeks from today.

Similarly, Registrar (Judicial-I) is hereby directed to communicate the order passed today to the Registrar of the concerned Court by E-mail.
