DATE : 9 SEPTEMBER , 2025 P.C. :- 1) Learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant/husband submits that the present proceedings have been filed for transfer of the DV proceedings pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pune to the Family Court at Pune where divorce proceedings are pending.

2) Learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent No.1 submits that he has already filed Vakalatnama. He submits that he has strong objection for transfer of the proceedings though both the proceedings are in Pune, but the Applicant/husband is in jail in Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act, 1999 (MCOC) Act,

Therefore, it will be prejudice to the Respondent wife if the DV proceedings are transferred to the Family Court and stay is obtained to the proceedings by the Applicant. 3) By consent of both the learned Advocates, stand over to 15 September, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption 'For Directions'.
