O R D E R (i) The Miscellaneous Civil Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and disposed of;

(ii) Learned Judge, Family Court, Amravati is hereby directed to transfer the proceedings, being the Marriage Petition No. A/370 of 2025 to the Family Court, Pune within a period of four weeks from today;

The hearing of the Marriage Petition No. A/370 of 2025 is hereby expedited.
