On the request being made by Mr. Sadavarte, learned Counsel for the Applicant, the returnable date is extended to 03.11.2025. 2.

One week's time is granted to the Advocate for the Applicant to supply a memo of the Application in the registry of this Court in order to effect service on the Respondent. If the copy is not supplied in the Registry, within the stipulated time, the Application shall stand dismissed for non-prosecution without further reference to the Court. 3.

Mr. Sadavarte, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that his client is Dentist by profession and the Respondent - wife is working in travel sector. The marriage between them was solemnized in the year 2023. Therefore, on instructions, he submits that his client is ready to go to mediation, if the other side is ready.
