This is an Application filed by Wife seeking transfer of Divorce Petition filed by Respondent-Husband from the Court at Pune to Family Court at Sangli.

It is common ground before the Court that the Applicant-Wife is presently occupying flat No. 302 at Wakad Pune, under order passed in domestic violence proceedings filed by Applicant-Wife. It is also not disputed that presently the Applicant is employed with a Company at Pune, however, according to learned Counsel for the Applicant-Wife, the same is temporary in nature.

According to learned counsel for the Applicant Wife, the order under which she is occupying the flat may vary and therefore right to occupy the Digitally signed by TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO Date:
