Mr. Sonawane, learned Counsel for the Respondent submits that the mediation has failed. Still then he is insisting this Court to adjourn the matter by a period of four weeks from today as according to him, settlement talks are still in process between the parties. 2.

By the present transfer Application, the Applicant, who is the wife of the Respondent is seeking transfer of the Guardianship Petition filed by the husband under the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 from the District Court, Islampur to the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. 3.

Mr. Sonawane fairly agrees that as of today, son of the Applicant and the Respondent who is aged 10 years is residing with the Applicant - wife in Mumbai. He is studying in School in Mumbai. Roughly the Anand
