They are suggesting name of advocate Mr.Tejas Dande to be appointed as a mediator to resolve to dispute between the parties.

2) By consent of both the learned advocates, Mr.Tejas Dande, an Advocate is appointed as a mediator to make an attempt to resolve the disputes between the parties.
